Life Review

Recently, I have been feeling the need to put some visuals as to where I see myself. In Excel I have drafted a grid which I use to score myself on effort/success and importance in specified areas of my life.
As I say, it's only a draft so I haven't formulated any weighted scoring as yet and even the subject areas are probably not complete. However, it is always better to be doing something opposed to nothing.

This represents only me in comparison to myself. As I haven't yet found a self help author that states you should compare yourself to others, I feel vindicated in this approach.

Scoring key:
0 - Couldn't be handling this area worse
5 - Putting in a satisfactory effort
10 - Incapable of doing any more

The grid gives me an overall score of 3.5 out of 10. I think that feels about right. This was judged on Saturday and will form part of my weekly review. Finally measuring these factors has already prompted me into change so this is only going up.

Wow... that's REALLY an attractive spreadsheet and very useful to boot. I'm going to have to send people to see this.

Cheers Chris. I've spent so much time looking at the tools others have provided I thought it was about time to offer something up myself.

I wasn't 100% sure on the colour scheme but the vote of confidence is greatly appreciated.

An interesting chart you have there D.
My life-numbers until the attempt on my very life were in the high 8s & 9s. However this brings onto a pressing matter

May I lurk on your blog for a while? I am keeping a low profile at present because somebody has attempted to murder me. Please visit my blog to see the list of suspects, perhaps with your keen analytical skills you can perceive who the real 'murderer' is and help my cause. If you do have any hunches let me know.

I am for now allowing them to think they have succeeded. Then I shall spring my trap and unmask the culprit. Please don't let anyone on my site know I am still alive.

Many Thanks & Kind Regards

D.

Have you a analysed the suspects and divined a culprit yet ? Apparently one one the suspects is a Games Workshop Mogul, whatever one of them is...?

Kind Regards

TCCOMT,

I'll have a look out this evening. You are, of course, welcome to lurk.

Just beware those dreaded search engines...
